1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Veteran Maid provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Florida, including Jacksonville, Pensacola, and Orlando. Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Standard and deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Janitorial services
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Short-term rental cleaning

Service availability may vary by location.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Clients may book services through our website, by phone at (850) 407-6685, or by email. While we strive to accommodate preferred dates and times, availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, staff availability, etc.). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients promptly.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, online payments, and pre-approved invoicing for commercial clients.

Late or failed payments may result in service interruptions or additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a denial of future bookings.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve your concern.

7. Liability & Damages

While our team takes great care when cleaning your property, Veteran Maid is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage caused by faulty surfaces, materials, or fixtures
  • Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

Clients must secure valuable or fragile items prior to service. Veteran Maid carries liability insurance and will assess any claims on a case-by-case basis.

8. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and secure access to their property during scheduled appointments. If access is not granted or delayed, the client may be charged a service fee.

9. SMS & Marketing Communications

By opting in, clients may receive SMS alerts or occasional marketing messages from Veteran Maid. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP to (850) 407-6685 for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe.

10. Changes to Terms
