Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling must occur no more than 7 days from the original service date.
- Reschedules made within 7 days of your booking will incur a $25 fee.
- Reschedules made within 48 hours of your booking will incur a $50 fee.
- Same-day reschedules (within 24 hours) will incur a $100 fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will incur a $75 fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the total cleaning cost.
- Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the total cleaning cost.
Locked Out Fee
Our cleaners will:
- Knock, ring the doorbell, and announce themselves.
- Call, text, and email if unable to enter.
If no access is granted:
- We will wait up to 1 hour before rescheduling the service (rescheduling must occur within 24 hours).
- A $100 lockout fee will apply if locked out for 45 minutes or more, in addition to any rescheduling or cancellation fees.
Phone Estimate Disclaimer
- Estimates given over the phone are based on your provided details.
- Final pricing may change based on actual conditions (size, dirt level, etc.).
- We do not clean biohazards, bodily fluids, animal waste, or infestations. If present, services may be refused and 50% of the service cost will be charged for time and travel.
Final Walkthrough
By approving the service during the final walkthrough, you agree that the job has been completed to your satisfaction.
Any issues raised after approval may be subject to additional charges.
Additional Policies
- Outdoor cleaning, biohazards, and inside appliances (e.g., dishwashers) are not included.
- Cleaners do not move heavy items (over 25 lbs) or remove junk. Please remove large items before arrival.
- Supplies are provided unless you specify otherwise. If using your products, please have them ready.
- No step stools or ladders are brought. For high areas, provide a safe access method.
- Time-limited bookings may not result in full completion. We recommend allowing enough time for quality service.
- Cabinets must be emptied and freezers defrosted if cleaning these areas.
- Pricing is based on job quality and scope—not time. Discounts will not be given for faster or slower service.
